Space City Auto Spa Notes and Liability Waiver

By engaging with services provided by Space City Auto Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I understand the risks involved in the application of paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tint, and other detailing services, including the use of specialized chemicals, tools, and equipment.

While these services provide enhanced protection and visual appeal, they do not guarantee absolute immunity to damage such as scratches, chips, or environmental wear.

I release Space City Auto Spa and its staff from any liability related to the installation, service, or removal of paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, or vinyl materials.

I acknowledge and voluntarily accept the terms of this waiver, including the importance of following proper aftercare procedures and understanding warranty details provided by the product manufacturers.

Additionally, I agree to:
• Not roll down windows for at least 24 hours following any tint installation.
• Return for a follow-up PPF inspection 4–10 days after installation to ensure proper adhesion and quality.

I understand that Space City Auto Spa is not responsible for preexisting damage to the vehicle.

Payment for services constitutes acceptance of the completed work.

Any deposit paid to reserve an appointment is non-refundable.

Space City Auto Spa is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle, and by leaving my vehicle for service, I agree that any disputes or claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Mechanic’s Lien Notice (Texas Law):

In accordance with Texas law, by leaving your vehicle at Space City Auto Spa for service, you acknowledge and agree that the shop reserves the right to enforce a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle. If payment is not made in full for services rendered, Space City Auto Spa has the legal right to retain possession of the vehicle until the balance is paid in full.
